UPDATE: Don C x ASICS Sneaker Coming in 2016
The collaboration is no more.
While we await Don C’s forthcoming Air Jordan release, the rumor mill is stating the Chicago native will soon pair up with ASICS to drop a collaborative sneaker sometime in 2016. The news comes from DJ Folk, and isn’t a total surprise as Don C is known for his wide range of collaborations. It’s also relevant to note, Don C was recently cooling with Ronnie Fieg — a man who is known for his own line of ASICS drops — at the Snarkitecture-revamped KITH Brooklyn.
UPDATE: According to a report on Nice Kicks, the forthcoming collaboration between Don C and ASICS in 2016 was in fact just a rumor and the only project footwear project he will be working on as of now is the forthcoming Air Jordan “Just Don.” Stay tuned for more information on the second “Just Don” release, which is set to drop this fall season.
