The Apple Watch may be Apple‘s newest and hottest device, but it might not be selling as well as the tech giant hoped for. According to third-party analytics firm Slice Intelligence, who aggregates e-receipt data from over 2.5 million shoppers, the watch is not flying off shelves. According to their numbers, when the Watch first launched it was selling at around 35,000 units a day, and now the number has dropped to a measly 5,000 units per day. Although the data may not be perfect, it certainly sheds some light on how the product is doing. While we all have fond memories of endless lineups for the latest iPhone and hot anticipation for any Apple device, this slowdown may surprise many. However Apple has not yet released any official numbers.
