Austin, Texas singer Melat has unveiled her second multi-track effort of the year, It Happens So Fast. Melat’s latest is a five-track EP, complete with the inclusion of past single “Sexy Us.” It Happens So Fast features production by a range of producers, including Sam Greens, Maaps, Moon Bounce, Jansport J and others. Taking to her SoundCloud to express her feelings about her new project, the Austin songstress had this to say about the EP:
“This is the first time I’ve ever done a project with multiple producers. Some that you’ve seen me collab with before and some are totally new. Art takes on a new form when you have different perspectives coming in and It Happens So Fast came out beautifully. It’s the summer vibes we love, it’s the “get me out of work so I can enjoy the sun” music, it’s the clear summer nights with a candle and a glass of wine. All of these musical soundscapes made possible by Jansport J, WoodysProduce, Robbie Anthem, Sam Greens, Moon Bounce, Maaps, and of course Pha The Phenom.”
