Giordano Cipriani, the man who took the photo in the track’s artwork, claims that his work was used without permission. The suit, which was filed on July 10, names Top Dawg Entertainment, Interscope and Aftermath as defendants, and seeks damages of $150,000 for every time the photograph was used.
