Hip-Hop pioneer Fab Five Freddy has gone behind the scenes of forthcoming N.W.A biopic Straight Outta Compton to catch up with old friends Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, MC Ren, and DJ Yella about the film that their lives and careers inspired. Twenty-five years after interviewing the groundbreaking rap group in their native Compton, Freddy reflects on the path that has led them to their now iconic status. Director F. Gary Gray adds his own personal input about the significance of the film and we get an idea of the ongoing legacy of the World’s Most Dangerous Group and their own particular chapter of modern American history.
