As gaming continues to evolve industry-wide, many gamers have turned to downloadable games in lieu of physical discs. Recognizing this, Microsoft is poised to update the Xbox One with 1TB of storage, the bundle of which will also include a newly updated controller. The controller, first teased late last month, has been retooled to accommodate a headset jack. In thinking about the current landscape, popular games such as Battlefield Hardline or even Destiny take up anywhere between 25GB and 45GB of memory, making 1TB an ideal amount of standard storage. Keep this in mind as we move toward E3 later this month, with Microsoft hopefully issuing an official release date and further specs.
