STUDIOSC have constructed a creative, environmentally friendly office space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The 10,000-sq.-foot structure features recycled OSB boards along the entry ceiling; kitchen dividing beam and wall, backroom mosaic wall, and the reception desk. Rather than keep the standing factory windows, the architects opted to do away with the exterior windows, choosing instead to replace them with a modern design, which has been repurposed to create dividing walls that are the interior light sources within the office.
