The Highest-Paid Celebrities of 2015
Floyd Mayweather takes the top spot with his $300 million USD payday.

Thanks to their May 2 bout in Las Vegas, Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao come in at number one and two, respectively, on Forbes‘ latest annual list of highest-paid celebrities — with Mayweather’s $300 million USD nearly doubling the second place $160 million USD of Pacquiao. While the rankings of the two boxers on the Celebrity 100 list may not raise any eyebrows, the third-ranked star was perhaps a bit more unexpected: Katy Perry. Having played 124 shows as a part of her Prismatic World Tour — 75 of them abroad in 27 different countries — Perry raked in $135 million USD over Forbes‘ scoring period while One Direction landed at number four for much the same reason. Furthermore, Robert Downey Jr. was the highest-paid actor at $80 million USD while Cristiano Ronaldo’s $79.5 million USD made him the highest-paid athlete.
