Meet Eric Savics and Danny Hagge, two skateboarders from the north shore of Vancouver who are transforming the world of  bespoke timber furniture in their own unique way. Business partners and owners of Vancouver Urban Timberworks, Hagge and Savics create and craft one-of-a-kind furniture from their studio and workshop, in a sustainable and forward-thinking  manner. Using reclaimed timber, unwanted and cut down in urban areas, the pair have developed and sustained a business with a modern outlook, that  also embraces age-old techniques and commitment to craftmanship. HBTV made the trip out to the Timberworks to get a behind-the-scenes look at a genuinely inspiring initiative.
