As with previous collections, Riccardo Tisci took to the streets for inspiration in his new offering for Spring 2016. This time though, Tisci focused more on the physicality of fashion’s context, working to create a full wardrobe based on the various departments in retail stores. Accordingly, a robust range of pieces from slick suiting to street-cool denim and crewnecks are presented by the Italian luxury brand. In terms of suiting, Tisci offers brawny pinstriped pieces reminiscent of ’50s Sicilian elegance, while the kilt makes a return as Tisci’s breezy bottom option.
