Beirut is back with a new album, titled No No No, which will be a followup to the band’s last release, 2011’s The Rip Tide. The band has shared the title track, which was performed during their live show in Brooklyn last year. Filled with Zach Condon’s signature harmonizing vocals, a building drumline, and a quirky array of brass instruments, “No No No” is quintessentially Beirut, exemplifying all the signature sounds from the group which fans have grown to love. Clocking in at under three minutes long, the song is an apt teaser to what the band has in store for its full-length, which is the first release since a physical and mental breakdown Condon suffered in Australia in 2013, in addition to a divorce. It’s a refined sound, blending aspects from the old Beirut with new personal experiences. Enjoy the track and pre-order No No No here. For the band’s tour dates, visit 4AD.
