The Lily Drone Camera Can Follow You Around

Made with sports enthusiasts in mind, the Lily drone camera is self-flying and will follow you around. It has been described as the “world’s first throw and shoot camera,” using GPS tracking to follow you while recording some stunning footage. Traditional remote-controlled drone cameras, as innovative as they are, require someone to pilot it, which is where Lily comes in. You simply throw it in the air, and after it stabilizes, it will record you by “following,” “leading,” or “looping,” all with a tethered GPS tracker that also serves as a remote. All the action is captured in 1080p or 780p with up to 120 frames per second, and it takes 12 megapixel photos. Waterproof and with 20 minutes of flying capabilities, Lily will retail for $999 USD but is currently at a preorder price of only $499 USD.
