'Pawn Sacrifice' Official Trailer Starring Tobey Maguire & Peter Sarsgaard

Based on a true story, Pawn Sacrifice tells the tale of chess prodigy Bobby Fisher (Tobey Maguire) who captures the imagination of the American public for his unmatched prowess in the game of chess. The high point of his professional chess career comes when he is matched against USSR champion Boris Spassky (Liev Schreiber) in the 1972 World Chess Championship, in what has since become known as the “Match of the Century.” Finding himself at the nexus of the Cold War rivalry between the world’s preeminent superpowers, Fisher also finds himself fighting a battle of his own, in his head against impending madness.
