Ninebot One E+ Self-Balancing Scooter
We’ll spare the references to Sharper Image aluminum frames of yesteryear; the One E+

We’ll spare the references to Sharper Image aluminum frames of yesteryear; the One E+ Self-Balancing Scooter uses “scooter” as a mere reference term. Developed by Chinese tech company Ninebot, the One E+ has more in common with a unicycle really, using a 16-inch self-balancing brushless motor to calculate millions of contextual factors – ground texture, traffic, weight, balance and more – and offer a smooth ride. Weighing in at about 31 lbs, the transportation unit is composed with a magnesium alloy shell, finished with an anti-skid coating throughout the body. Delivered with the accompanying “Ninedroid” app to alert users of battery life and temperature, speed and other nifty information, the One E+ is available for purchase on Ninebot’s website for $950 USD.
