Paying tribute to Snoop Dogg‘s iconic 1993 solo debut single “Who Am I (What’s My Name)?” where he transforms into his namesake throughout the clip, adidas has created the Snoop Dogg x adidas adizero 5-Star 4.0 Uncaged and Gameday Trainer in collaboration with its director of soccer development. Constructed from a strong, lightweight SPRINTSKIN upper, the adizero 5-Star 4.0 Uncaged features a reinforced top plate and comes complete with a graphical, patent leather upper and neon green studding. The Gameday Trainer is a monochromatic sportswear silhouette featuring graphical fabric motif across the shoe’s side paneling, a golden outsole, and metal stud detailing accentuating the heel counter with a toothed lace bar. The collaboration is in admiration of Snoop Dogg’s Los Angeles-based Snoop Youth Football League and his passion for the benefits of a soccer-centric community.

The Snoop Dogg x adidas adizero 5-Star 4.0 Uncaged has been released with accompanying “Snoop Dogg UNCAGED” soundtrack with the official release slated to be as early as June 1 from adidas.com.
