NikeLab SFB Field 15cm Boots
Inspired by founder Bill Bowerman’s service in the 10th Mountain Division during World War II, Nike

Inspired by founder Bill Bowerman’s service in the 10th Mountain Division during World War II, Nike Sportswear’s SFB Field 15cm Boot — known as the SFB 6” in the United States — returns for Summer 2015 as the subject of a limited NikeLab release. Getting the premium NikeLab treatment, the release sees the rugged Free-sporting chukka ditching its usual waxed canvas upper and leather overlays for patent leather and ballistic nylon while solid gum rubber and two-toned white/ice sole units complete the package. Retailing for £175 GBP (approximately $276 USD) each, the boots are available now via nike.com to those in the UK while a more widespread, global release is likely to follow in the weeks ahead.
