After dropping a teaser trailer last month, HBO has offered up a closer look at season two of True Detective ahead of next month’s premiere. Whereas the teaser existed primarily as a moody, scene-setting montage, the latest trailer gives us a closer look at this season’s all-star cast of Vince Vaughn as Frank Semyon, Colin Farrell as Ray Velcoro, Taylor Kitsch as Paul Woodrugh and Rachel McAdams as Ani Bezzerides. Set in Los Angeles and once again penned by Nic Pizzolatto, the second season of the critically acclaimed True Detective is set for a June 21 premiere.
