After being bought out of bankruptcy by Milan-based e-commerce specialists The Level Group, fashion retailer LN-CC is relaunching both its store and website. After its launch in 2010, LN-CC experienced a few years of double-digit growth, becoming known for curating a balanced mix of high-end labels like Rick Owens and Lanvin with younger, streetwear brands from London and Japan. While certainly not lacking in creativity or buying, its business acumen did, and cash flow problems arose; by 2013 the company on the brink of broke. Now, thanks to The Level Group, LN-CC is getting a new lease on life included a refreshed store experience. Located in its original brick-and-mortar, the unique interior has been preserved but has been repainted in bright white and lit by LEDs, signifying a clean slate for the company. It will continue to focus on stocking innovative brands, as well as exploring additional marketing tactics including events and online activations.
