Another week down, and another dose of incredible music from both emerging and established artists across multiple genres. It’s our 70th Playlist this week, and one which will get you well and truly ready for the weekend. This week it’s a bit of a Drake takeover. Beginning our list is surging vocalist and rapper Fetty Wap, under his Remy Boyz crew and with Drake on a feature. No mean feat then? The follow up from the now, viral, “Trap Queen”, “My Way” features the wailing vocals of the artist, alongside a serious beat. Not content with one dose of Fetty Wap, we’ve also had to share the Gucci Mane remix of “Trap Queen”, which also features Quavo. Not wildly dissimilar from the original, this mix features added verses from the heavyweights, who have acknowledged the cheer genius of the original. We’ve also brought you the latest from UK producers Disclosure, and their brand new single “Bang That”, which takes the brothers back to their roots of pure music; the song bangs hard. Other artists featured this week include remixes from the likes of Rehab, Delusion, Dillon Francis, Gravez and more. Don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled for 20syl’s brand new EP which drops on May 11th. “Back & Forth” penultimately rounds off our playlist this week, with an incredible encore from Jeftuz and his edit of “Magic/Rude.”
