A First Look at the Nike KD 8

Kevin Durant took to Twitter earlier today to offer up a glimpse of his upcoming signature Nike KD 8 by way of a sketch from designer Leo Chang. Retaining the low-top cut that KD and Chang have opted for since the KD 6, Durant’s latest Nike Basketball signature looks to employ a knit upper of some sort along with a molded external heel counter, Dynamic Flywire support, full-length air cushioning and even Free-esque siping along the forefoot portion of the rubber outsole. Stay tuned for a closer look at the new KDs while a release is said to be slated for this July.
