Tink Is Working With Missy Elliott On Her Album

Rising artist Tink has been making major waves with her new single “Rachet Commandments” recently. The catchy tune was produced by mentor Timbaland, who has been making news lately for revealing to a crowd at SXSW that late singer Aaliyah came to him in a dream and told him “she’s the one.” However, Timbaland isn’t the only person who is convinced of Tink’s talent. The 20-year-old Chicago native revealed in an interview with Sway in the Morning that Missy Elliott will be featured on her debut album Think Tink. When asked about advice Missy had given her she had this to say:

“When I spoke to Missy, it was like I was talking to a big sister. She kinda just wraps her arms around me. It was just like a big sister relationship. She told me to keep my head up and stay strong.”

The album is expected to hit shelves July 2015.
