'The Tale of Tales' Official Trailer Starring Salma Hayek and John. C Reilly (NSFW)

The first official trailer for The Tale of Tales has been released. Directed by Matteo Garrone, the film is loosely based around the 17th-century fairytale collection curated by Giambattista Basile, “The Tale of Tales,” and will be the Italian filmmaker’s English-language-film debut. Starring in the forthcoming release are a few Hollywood standouts, including Salma Hayek and John. C Reilly. The trailer features strikingly obscure visuals throughout, and is only a taste of the dark imagery Garrone will be presenting for the film’s first showing at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
