Rihanna "American Oxygen" Music Video

After first releasing as an exclusive on TIDAL, Rihanna’s new video for “American Oxygen” is now available for mass consumption. This should come as good news for Rihanna fans who were less than happy at her initial decision to favor TIDAL, the service of which she is a part-owner alongside JAY Z, Beyonce, Madonna, Nick Minaj, Daft Punk, deadmau5 and other powerful celebrities. Directed by The Uprising Creative, the video is themed around the conflicts of being an immigrant living in the United States. Powerful visuals including those of the Ferguson unrest and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. are interspersed with snippets of Rihanna performing against a star-spangled banner backdrop.
