Nike has displayed its new NikeLab Kobe X Elite Low HTM in a Milanese installation. The three iterations of the Kobe X – a green base, a white base, and a black base — are presented within a metal basketball panel-shaped enclosure with a plaque immediately below which show information on the shoes, such as its materials and concept. Adding to the ornate display is an ominous backdrop, comprised of a wall of matte black-painted basketballs and an “X” arranged with contrasting glossy-black painted ones. NikeLab LNZ1 will host the exhibition on April 16, and will be selling the NikeLab Kobe X Elite Low HTM in-store.
