Since its launch in 2001, London-based brand MHI by maharishi has become known for its mastery of military-inspired collections and novelty pieces, with the cornerstone of its design philosophy being its self-made camouflage. The seasonal pattern for Spring/Summer 2015 is the “DPM: Palm Frond,” based on the pattern used by the Indian military, and incorporating the MHI logo, the “om” symbol, and a dynamic ninja in silhouette. The Spring/Summer 2015 collection is inspired by maharishi’s extensive travels throughout the Middle East, and features reinterpretations of classic military and workwear styles including cargo pants, canvas work jackets, tapered custom pants and bucket hats, in innovative materials such as technical mesh, jersey and sweat fabrics.
