Major Lazer Cartoon To Premiere April 16

Electronic music outfit Major Lazer has been crafting an intriguing side project for some time now, a cartoon series featuring the music makers as the main character. After sitting in limbo for some time, the cartoon has finally been given a premiere date. Including a star-studded lineup, the show will boast appearances by Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig, Charli XCX, RiFF RAFF, Aziz Ansari, Andy Samberg, and Oscar winner J.K. Simmons. Additionally, it’s been reported that Cat Power and RiFF RAFF have collaborated on the show’s soundtrack. The show is set to debut on FXX on April 16 at midnight.
