JAY Z to Personally Call Select TIDAL Users

JAY Z and other TIDAL owners have been a taking a hands-on approach when it comes to customer service for the new music streaming service TIDAL. Apparently Hova, Jack White and several other high-profile musicians have been calling up users, just to talk. Because the musicians involved in TIDAL have their own accounts, they can monitor who listens to their music, see statistics about how their albums are performing, and contact other users directly. Vania Schlogel told Business Insider that the reason JAY Z is going to these lengths is because he is “very deeply involved, and the reason being is because this is a life project for him,” as well as saying that “he works every day” on the site.
