Florence + The Machine - Ship to Wreck

English indie rockers Florence + The Machine shared a new track titled “Ship to Wreck” from their upcoming album How Big How Blue How Beautiful earlier today. The upbeat rhythm is definitely a change of pace from their brooding single “St. Jude” they released two weeks ago. The band’s lead singer, Florence Welch, is still embracing the heavy emotion and sadness that’s been a staple of her work. “I was thinking about my own self destructive side, and how you can make something only to tear it down,” she says of the new single.
