Is there anything that Diddy cannot do? Of course not, he’s Diddy. He’s making a 12-month return to music production, after basically dipping his hands in as many business ventures as he possibly can and still going strong. The entrepreneur made his mark on television in 2013 after launching the Revolt network, and is now looking to take over the world of animated TV series.
Diddy, alongside King of the Hill‘s Chip Hall and Detroit comedian Chris Powell, are creating an animated FX series called Brightmoor. Described as South Park set in inner-city Detroit, Brightmoor revolves around the African-American pupils at the fictional Brightmoor Elementary.
Hopefully Brightmoor will become a popular sensation similar to FX’s other animated TV series Archer, but we’ll see. As long as we get to see Meek Mill perform the role of a substitute teacher that screams at everything (basically that “Meek Mill Rap Like” Twitter account come to life), that’ll be all that matters.
