Don’t expect to whip out a selfie stick at this year’s WWDC15, because Apple is the latest in a string of marques to ban the photography accessory. With the dates for this year’s conference announced yesterday, registration has begun. As stated in the attendance policy, any monopod-like device is banned, but not only in the center itself (where the conference takes place) but in the entirety of the gardens that surround it. Aside from discouraging narcissism, the ban also aligns with the event’s regulation that attendees are permitted from sharing images of the upcoming iOS and OS X. For more information, check out the WWDC15 webpage.
