Action Bronson’s Rap Inspires Coastal Italian Food by Chef Michael White of Marea

Action Bronson joins Chef Michael White of Marea to produce a menu of items inspired by songs off of Bronson’s latest album Mr. Wonderful. While listening to the song “Terry,” Chef Michael White creates a langoustine carpaccio with squeezed lemon as a tribute to the song’s coastal aura. A mushroom risotto is paired with “Baby Blue,” pointing to the similarity in tone between the gray color of risotto to the “grayness” attributed to a broken heart. Diving deeper into the culinary expedition, Action Bronson enlists Francesco Grosso of Marea to choose a wine that would pair best with the dishes created by Bronson and Chef White.
