McLaren 570S Introduces New Sports Series

McLaren has unveiled its newest endeavor in the field of sports cars with its new McLaren 570S. While the brand is well-known in producing supercars such as the 650 or hypercars like the P1, the British automaker has never ventured below the category of top-tier performance vehicles. The new 570S will incorporate many of the basic components as the company’s other high-end models, including a 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 with a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission. With this, the car is capable of producing 562 horsepower with 443 pound-feet of torque, which translates into a 3.2 second acceleration to 62mph from a standstill, maxing out at a top speed of 204 mph.
