Another week just rocketed by and on this Friday we have for you another Playlist. While most have been putting Kendrick’s sophomore album To Pimp A Butterfly on repeat during these last four days, we’d like to re-remind you that there has been lots of other exciting new music that came out this week. Earl Sweatshirt makes the cover with his surprise announcement of his upcoming album I Don’t Like Sh*t, I Don’t Go Outside and with the release of the track “Grief” and its accompanying video. Flying Lotus debuted Joey Bada$$ and Kirk Knight’s new track “Perception vs. Reality” on his BBC Radio 1 ‘Residency.’ We also got abstract bangers from Chief Keef and Andy Milonakis, as well as from Yung Lean and Ballout. Tinashe released her Amethyst project which contained an Iamsu-featured track titled “Worth It,” and Jhené Aiko dropped a seductive, no-strings-attached-themed tune named “Living Room Flow.” Other standout features on this week’s playlist are Father, iLoveMakonnen, Jazz Cartier, Future Flocka (Waka Flocka Flame and Future’s new collaboration effort), Flatbush Zombies, Skepta, Kygo, LION BABE, BADBADNOTGOOD, Hiko Momoji, and more.
