In a new venture by Rick Maderis, the former adidas Originals lead graphic designer has launched Burnside Knives, a knife company based out of Portland. Its first product is the Cabrillo knife, a 9-inch folding knife featuring a plain edged 4-inch blade made of sourced Japanese steel (AUS8), with a choice between a bead-blasted or titanium nitrate finish.
