The latest rumor to emerge from the world’s largest video game company pertains to The Legend of Zelda, one of the most successful game titles conceived by Nintendo. Sources are reporting that Netflix is in the early stages of producing a live-action, The Legend of Zelda television show. Link will be the center focus of the series, as he journeys to rescue a princess named Zelda, and save Hyrule from the clutches of evil. Netflix is describing the direction of the show as a “Game of Thrones for a family audience.” Nintendo has declined to officially comment on the matter.
