After recently investing in Reddit and the zero-fee stock trading platform Robinhood, Snoop Dogg‘s sense for business opportunities has found its latest project. According to TechCrunch, the Doggfather is putting together a fund specifically to invest in cannabis startups, intending to $25 million to fund the young, but fast-growing legal marijuana industry. First, Snoop is a known expert in this field, and second, there’s been a significant flow of venture money into weed startups as states have begun legalizing the drug for both medical and recreational use.
