As a continuation of KITH‘s previous East Coast Project of 2013, the New York retail store come prominent streetwear label is set to release their highly anticipated West Coast Project collection.
Maintaining a color palette relevant to the collection’s themes of Atlantic and Pacific, the monochromatic hue of indigo blues and whites has created a minimal aesthetic that suitably represents both New York and Los Angeles. The division in themes has been represented by a vertically split backdrop with the Atlantic color palette comprising of dark blue shades to represent the inherently cold atmosphere of New York City whilst the Pacific theme bares a warmer hue relevant to the sunnier climes of Los Angeles.
Contained within the collection are a number of new items from KITH, including the Reverse Frayed Hoody and collaborative pieces such as the KITH x Stampd Bomber Jacket and Long Sleeve Baseball Jersey — accessories have been provided by California-based, Stance. The collection will release this Friday, February 27 at 11 a.m. EST at both of KITH’s New York City locations and online.
