The 'Star Wars' Trilogy Reimagined as Iconic Old School Video Games
In the style of ‘Legend of Zelda’, ‘Megaman’ and more.
For those of you too young to remember the NES and Atari versions of the Star Wars movies, you’re in luck — CineFix has continued its “8-bit Cinema” series by placing the original trilogy’s plots into your favorite 8-bit and 16-bit games. The network of talents has creatively incorporated A New Hope, Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi into the likes of The Legend of Zelda, Megaman and Golden Axe game palettes. The plots remain intact, along with a few easter eggs and series jokes mixed in (especially the agreeable ending). Watch the video above and stay tuned for more from Cinefix.
