Within the fandom of Star Wars, anything to do with the classic trilogy is normally best left untouched. However, YouTube film editor Tom F took it upon himself to reimagine the trailer for The Empire Strikes Back for our modern sensibilities, and the result doesn’t look half bad. Strategically cutting clips from the film to the emotive soundtrack for The Force Awakens trailers, you would think that the 1980 film was being released a whole 36 years later and be none the wiser.
