Watch This Supercut of 200 Films Released This Year
A fitting tribute to one year of cinema.
21-year-old film editor Miguel Branco has released his “Cinefile” supercut for the third year in a row, which combines scenes from a whopping 200 films released this year to dramatic effect. However, several films take a larger share of the pie than others, if not for their grand cinematic scale, such as Mad Max: Fury Road, then for their intimate scope and quirky treatment of the medium, such as in Me and Earl and the Dying Girl. Watch the feat of editing in the 8-minute video above, and find a complete list of the movies used in chronological order by clicking here.
