Dev Hynes has announced plans to broadcast a new special on Beats 1 this weekend. Linking up with Apple Music and Yours Truly for the endeavor, the Blood Orange architect bills the program’s premise as a revealing of “the story behind” his recent Blood Orange & Friends events at the Apollo. Joining Dev Hynes on-stage those nights were artists such as Solange and Nelly Furtado, the latter of whom is working on a slew of new music with Hynes. Dev Hynes’ new special will air on Beats 1 this Sunday at 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. EST.
