Munich has been quietly making waves in the European cultural, music and fashion scenes in recent years, but the German city’s burgeoning creative businesses can’t get the word out soon enough. This limited edition varsity jacket is just one of the many noteworthy collaborations coming from Munich of late, involving electronic music institution Bob Beaman and top-shelf fashion boutique Houseofhrvst. Neighbors in Munich’s trending Maxvorstadt museum district, the two decided to pay tribute to their shared geographical history with this all-black varsity jacket, which features a melton wool and cashmere-blended outer shell and polyester lining, made with the support of Munich basketball brand, K1X. Various patches adorn the item, including a Bob Beaman football helmet chenille patch, an oversized ‘H’ patch for Houseofhrvst, and a ‘SMiLE’ fifth anniversary patch, alongside subdued chest embroidery.
Limited to only 80 units, the Bob Beaman x Houseofhrvst varsity jacket by K1X will be available exclusively at Houseofhrvst for €160 EUR from Friday, December 18 onwards.
