mod-3 Alt Minimalist iPhone Case & Mounting System
mod-3 is looking to crowdfund a follow-up to its successful RADIUS.
San Jose, California-based mod-3 turned the smartphone case industry on its head back in 2013 with the introduction of its unique RADIUS. Now the company is back with its latest minimalist iPhone case and mounting system: the Alt. An evolution of the aforementioned RADIUS, the new Alt is meant to offer phone protection, a hands-free solution, desk organizer and cable organizer in one neat and convenient package. Utilizing a high-strength Polymer shell and soft, impact-resistant inner layer, the design protects the most vulnerable parts of your iPhone with a simple X-shaped frame while an included wall mount — and optional car mount — allow users to easily attach their phone to various surfaces for hands-free use. The mounts even sport a magnet to keep the iPhone’s Lightning cable within reach.
