Many of us may not remember the time when the Mercedes-Benz C111 was first unveiled back in 1970, but a young car fanatic by the name of Jay Leno was dreaming of taking one out for a spin someday. Fast-forward to 2015, this dream has become a reality. Upgraded with a V8 engine that replaced the original three-rotor Wankel engine, this unique concept car was brought to Jay’s garage by the Mercedes Classics Center. The likelihood of you seeing this piece of car history on the streets is next to none, considering the one shown above is the only one that still runs.
