Blood Orange Unveils New Single and Video "Sandra's Smile"

Announcing a couple days ago that he would be releasing new music today; Dev Hynes makes his official Blood Orange return with his new single “Sandra’s Smile.” Named after Sandra Bland who came to news as an African-American woman who died in police custody back in July, “Sandra’s Smile” also references Trayvon Martin’s mother Sybrina Fulton. Swiftly after unveiling the single, the accompanying music video was released, of which was directed by Hynes and features appearances from the Waffle Crew, Junglepussy and Ian Isiah. Watch above.
