Jessie Ware Covers Chaka Khan & Labrinth on BBC Radio 1

Jessie Ware performed a unique live cover of British singer-songwriter Labrinth’s “Jealous” during a recent BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge session. Ware takes the song — which was originally released back in November as a single for Labrinth’s forthcoming LP — and combines it with the Chaka Khan classic, “Through The Fire.” The end result is something that’s both organically soulful and a tasteful blend of balladry from two different periods of time.
