Not many — if any — fashion bloggers have even come close to Chiara Ferragni‘s level of success in recent years. After founding her blog, The Blonde Salad, in 2009, Ferragni’s exponential rise to fame has been unparalleled. Within years, she’s accrued a huge following, leading to the founding of the TBS crew — Ferragni’s own publishing company for The Blonde Salad. Across all social media platforms she’s extremely influential, with over 3.1 million followers on Instagram and 222K on Twitter. Her popularity has led her to various design collaborations and modelling gigs with renowned labels, from Louis Vuitton to Chanel and J Brand. In 2010, Ferragni launched her own shoe business, aptly named the Chiara Ferragni Collection, which offers a wide range of footwear from cheeky slip-ons to sneakers and pumps. The only blogger to make Forbes‘ “30 Under 30” list, Ferragni is slated to take in $8 million in revenue this year, with 70% coming from her shoe business.
