STAR WARPS: An Online Book of Art Inspired by Star Wars

While many thoroughly enjoy the cinematic experience the Star Wars franchise brings and call themselves “true fans,” DB Burkeman has taken it a step further and produced an online curated gallery of Star Wars-inspired artwork. Although Burkeman does not regard himself as a “true fan” due to him feeling he has insufficient knowledge of every detail in the films, he developed a personal connection to the universe, which led him to work on this idea for several years. After a meeting with technology designer Phillip Kuperberg, STAR WARPS was born, and it resulted in a chronologically curated collection with the earliest work by an artist being the starting point of that artist’s profile in the online book.
