Lyle & Scott x Universal Works 2014 Fall/Winter Collection

Iconic British menswear label Lyle & Scott unveils their upcoming Fall/Winter 2014 collaborative line with Universal Works in a new — yet appropriately “old”—  video. Revisiting the experiences of Universal Works founder David Keyte, the collection is inspired by his immersion in the British ‘Casuals’ youth movement of the late ’70s and early ’80s. This period where sportswear labels became key style components is embodied by the collection’s seven pieces, which include Royal Warrant knitwear, flannel shirts with knitted collars and woolen accessories, all carrying a 1980’s Lyle & Scott snowflake print. The items are now available at select outlets including the brand website.
