Glo Gang’s newest member Lucki Ecks has released a video for his Body High track “Hidden Place.” This comes just days after Chief Keef’s announcement of Lucki Ecks linking up with the Chicago crew, though Ecks appears to still be the same drugged-out almost-outlier of Chicago rap and its branches. The visual for “Hidden Place” fits the psychedelically-inclined sound he’s cultivated on past releases Alternative Trap and Body High. It’s a level-five shroom trip in rap form with its sound submerged between the cloudy haze of acts like Main Attrakionz and Clams Casino, the graveyard gloom of rappers like Bones or Spaceghostpurrp and the apocalyptic drill of Young Chop-influenced trap-rap.
